Nairobi · mail and meetings
We put mail on your servers, or we host it in the cloud — you choose. Staff join Zoom from the calendar, the same way they open any invite. After we hand over, your people run it. We stay on the phone at night.

The week before we arrive
People already know how to open Outlook. They already know Zoom. What they do not want is a second login, a second address book, and a Join link that has to be pasted by hand. That is the gap we close.
It shows up on a Monday: the steering pack is in mail, the meeting is in a chat, and half the room is still hunting for the link. Field offices dial a number that does not work. A leaver still has a mailbox and a Zoom host licence three weeks later.
What changes
We wire Zoom to the same login as mail. A person creates the meeting while they are already booking the room. Everyone else gets a normal invite. If the plugin is missing, the Zoom link still sits in the location field.
Phone dial-in is there from day one for places where data is poor. Rooms you already own stay on the floor. We connect them; we do not make you buy a new kit to join.
Where the mail lives
Some organisations want the mailbox in their own data centre. Others want us to host it. Both are a complete job. If you already have a second site, we put a warm copy there. Recovery is agreed and proved before we hand over.
How a job goes
Mail on your machines or hosted by us, Zoom in the diary, login from the same directory.
We train mail and meetings administrators. They run the day to day, with our guides.
Night intake, tickets with the software makers, a health check every quarter.
Who this is for
On your servers, in the cloud, or both — not a mailbox nobody can explain.
Zoom is a diary event. Same login as mail. Leavers leave both the same day.
A full install at one data centre, or a copy where you already have another.
We train them, hand over, and stay on-call. We do not sit a 24-hour room.
Questions we hear
We supply and deliver messaging solution software and associated licences. We configure and set up the solution across the primary and secondary data centres. We migrate all historical mailbox data from the existing solution to the new solution.
Yes. We provide an enterprise collaboration and video-conferencing platform licensed for your organisation, and we configure it: meetings, webinars, chat, recording, security, integration and branding.
No. It can sit on your servers, or we host it in the cloud. You choose before we install.
No. They create the meeting in the diary and press Join. Same as opening any invite.
Your mail and meetings administrators, from our guides. We keep the night phone and the maker tickets.
Yes. We connect the rooms you already have. Phone dial-in is for places where data is poor.
No. We train your administrators, hand over, and stay on the night phone. We do not invent a 24-hour room.
Where the mail should live, the directory people already use, and a named person on your side. The rest we confirm on site.
Your servers, the cloud, or both. We install, move people across, and stay on the night phone.
